Please take care to read carefully through all our terms and conditions. By making use of our services on this website you signify your consent to all of the Terms and Conditions of Use. Xrc.co.za reserves the right to update and or revise the terms and conditions at any time, without notice to its users. Continued use of the website will be deemed as acceptance of any such changes

Use of website

This site may be used freely to peruse the content thereof or make legitimate purchases of our services on offer. You may view, download or print single copies of material on the website for personal, non-commercial use if you include the copyright notice. Title to content and software applications vests in Xrc.co.za. Should any of these terms and conditions of use be violated, your permission to use the site and software applications is automatically terminated and any illegal copies of the content or software applications you might have made should be destroyed immediately. Unauthorised use of this site and/or material on the site may violate applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.


All transactions will be conducted and charged in South African Rand (ZAR). When purchasing goods at Xrc.co.za payment can be made by means of electronic transfer or by means of a credit card. Xrc.co.za accepts most major credit cards. When paying by means of electronic transfer Xrc.co.za will only process your order once confirmation of payment has been received. Please make sure to email the proof of payment to payment@xrc.co.za. Entries will only be "processed" once we receive the proof of payment. Payment by means of Credit card is handled by Paygate - an independent and secure payment gateway which ensures absolute security when buying online by means of a credit card. See Credit Card Security for more information. Credit Card Security Credit Card data is secured with encryption by means of a 128bit SSL certificate.

Returns Policy

Xrc.co.za complies with S44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, which means an entrant is entitled to cancel an entry transaction within 7 days of the conclusion of the agreement. The date of conclusion of the agreement would typically be the day that payment was made. The entrant will receive a full refund in terms of the Act without penalty. Written notice of cancellation of the transaction should reach Xrc.co.za before expiry of the 7 day cooling off period. You may notify Xrc.co.za at admin@xrc.co.za of your intention to cancel. Should the entrant wish to cancel the agreement for any reason after the 7 day cooling off period provided for in the Act, he/or she should contact the relevant Event Organizer who determines its own refund policy in instances such as these.

Exchange Policy

As Xrc.co.za is merely a middleman between the entrant and the Event Organizer, any requests for exchange of entry should be taken up with the relevant Event Organizer who determines its own policy regarding exchanging of entries.

Refund Policy

An entrant is entitled to a full refund within 7 days of the transaction date. Please see ‘Returns Policy’ for more detail. Any request for a refund after 7 days of conclusion of the transaction, should be taken up with the relevant Event Organizer who determines its own refund policy.

Disclaimer of warranty

The contents of this site are provided without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose and non-infringement. The owner of this site, the authors of the contents and in general anybody connected to this site in any way, assume no responsibility for errors or omissions in the contents. Xrc.co.za further do not warrant, guarantee or make any representation regarding the safety, reliability, accuracy, correctness or completeness of these contents. Xrc.co.za shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, general, special, incidental or consequential damages (including -without limitation- data loss, lost revenues and lost profit) which may result from the inability to use or the correct or incorrect use, abuse, or misuse of these contents, even if Xrc.co.za have been informed of the possibilities of such damages. Xrc.co.za cannot assume any obligation or responsibility. The use of these contents is forbidden in those places where the law does not allow this disclaimer to take full effect. Xrc.co.za disclaims any liability whatsoever for any loss or damage arising from third party content or access.

Reserving our rights

Xrc.co.za reserves the right to do the following: • Amend or suspend, permanently or temporarily, the website (or any part thereof) with or without prior notice and confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any amendment of or withdrawal of the website; • Modify these terms and conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Website following such modifications shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such modifications. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must immediately stop use of the website. • The website will be subject to change from time to time due to the periodical need for maintenance. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of this website or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all, or part of the website due to circumstances beyond our control. Pricing, Errors and Omissions Indemnity

Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information contained on the website. Xrc.co.za cannot be held liable for any loss suffered due to inaccuracy of information due to error. Prices are also subject to change due to fluctuating exchange rates. All prices include VAT. Prices are updated regularly and may change without prior notice. Xrc.co.za reserves the right to change prices without notice from time to time.

Privacy Policy

Xrc.co.za vows to protect your privacy. When registering at Xrc.co.za we will ask you to provide your name, e-mail address, ERASA member number. This information is essential for the processing of your entry and to keep you posted on the status of your entry. When event specific deliverable goods you will also be required to provide us with your billing and delivery address. We would also like to keep you informed of any upcoming events available for entry on our website and will use the contact information provided for that purpose, unless you would prefer otherwise, in which case you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at your convenience. You may rest assured that Xrc.co.za will NOT divulge any customer information to third parties under any circumstances. Xrc.co.za confirm unequivocally that we utilize a database that has been legitimately assimilated, and which will not be made available, divulged or sold to third parties under any circumstances.

Event Indemnity

Xrc.co.za will not be liable or share liability for any claim, of whatever nature, which may be brought against the Event Organiser, or any other person or party, by any participant of any event, in respect of any damage, harm or loss suffered at, during or as a consequence of any event including, but not limited to damage, harm, or loss to property, injury or death.


In the event that a dispute should arise between Xrc.co.za and yourself which needs settling by means of litigation, your implied acceptance of our terms and conditions indicates your agreement that the High Court of South Africa has jurisdiction to settle the dispute. All disputes will be settled in accordance with South African Legislature.
